INCLUSION/Exclusion CRITERIA
I.
Federal Mandate
The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act 1997 Revised mandates
that each state have a Central Directory of Resources (CDR). The mandate
specifies that we must include:
1). Public and private early intervention services, resources, and experts
available in NC
2) Research and demonstration projects being conducted in NC
3) Professional and other groups that provide assistance to eligible
children and their families
II.
Geographic Parameters

Agencies which have been in existence for less than 6 months

Organizations that are disability-related but that are
adequately referred by other sources
